Mens pre-season training will be commencing from the 17th of January at Melrose park and will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6.15 , so if you are looking to play competitively please come down and join us.

Women start pre-season training Wednesday 1st of February 2012 at Melrose park from 6.15
